At KB Improvement, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

Initiating a Return:

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s) and the RMA number to include with your return package.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that your return is delivered to us safely.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
  • If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for the funds to be reflected in your account.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund for the returned item(s) in accordance with our refund policy.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to report the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or repair of the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.
